From concept, mood, trend, runway, competitive market research and analyzing future trends, designed a transitional collection of pieces through design details, fabrications, colors for Fall / Winter & Spring / Summer 2019. ZOE KRAVITZ: TRANSITIONAL COLLECTION FROM LAZY DAYS TO LATE NIGHTS OUT
Zoe Kravitz known for her effortlessly cool, hip, chick aesthetic, uptown to downtown appeal has made her an influential style icon as of today. Her ever evolving style weather she's out running around in the city to going back home at 4 am after a party, she always in style. Having been following her and wanting to know in depth more of her style inspirations, i wanted to look deeper, know more about who she is, what she likes, her go to pieces, casual, cool, statement pieces. From that i wanted to create a transitional collection of pieces that i would see her wearing, telling a story of her day to night life and how what she wears waking up to coming back home late at night never changes. Research in design details, fabrications, mixing high and low pieces and pairing them with each other. Playing with different fabrications like silk twill, 100% stretch cotton twill, Poly Satin accordion pleating, micro french terry and modal stretch 2x2. These key pieces play an important part in what i would see being in her collection and also catering to the general market for anyone who wants to dress like Zoe in style.
